Client Services Representative

The Client Service Representative provides day-to-day support to our clients, helping with the communication, reporting, and assistance for any needs related to certain Carnegie Dartlet services. The CSR will ultimately help drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Sales and Business Development team. The CSR’s responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Carnegie Dartlet clients with reporting, service updates, assistance needs, and day-to-day questions
  • Ensuring effective communication with the client and internal teams to help define client needs and/or respond to concerns in a timely fashion
  • Pulling and sharing weekly and monthly reports for clients
  • Delivering kick-off and service-start communications and information
  • Monitoring internal project management systems and platforms to ensure renewal and expiration time frames are managed and client communications are happening as needed
  • Coordinating client projects from client onboarding, materials and asset collection, account setup to launch, and reporting and completion
  • Working with internal team members to help ensure that teams meet deadlines and launch service times while meeting the defined strategy and goals of their clients
  • Working with Regional Directors to maintain relationships with Carnegie Dartlet’s clients


  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Marketing or Advertising
  • 1 year or less of demonstrable success in project management (or relevant experience)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to own customer relationships and support team workflow and project management
  • Knowledge and interest in the higher education space a plus
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality and ability to build outstanding relationships
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills a must
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and flexibility with process changes
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
