With over 30 years of experience in higher education marketing and publishing, Joe Moore has developed businesses that have partnered with over 1,000 colleges and universities, assisting them in meeting their enrollment goals. Joe helped found Carnegie Communications in 1985 and published the high-end recruitment magazine Private Colleges & Universities the following year. Under his leadership, the company has been on the forefront of innovative marketing and recruitment services for colleges. Carnegie launched one of the first websites for college-bound students in 1995, CollegeXpress, and introduced digital services to higher education marketing. Merging with Dartlet in 2018 to form Carnegie Dartlet, the company now offers a complete end-to-end portfolio of communications services. Joe’s ongoing mission is to keep Carnegie Dartlet on the cutting edge of response-driven recruitment solutions and marketing communications. Most of all, Joe gets great pleasure in watching people grow and succeed and in knowing that he’s helped millions of students find the right college.

Tyler Borders leads Carnegie Dartlet’s portfolio, ensuring that its products and services are always refining, advancing, and delivering diverse value for clients. In the early 2000s, Tyler began developing disruptive solutions in organizational psychology and strategy using integrated psychometric approaches for brands, audiences, and teams. By 2009, he had originated and deployed first-of-their-kind methodologies that quickly gained traction as a unique communications model for large enterprises. A former agency Creative Director in Los Angeles and Washington State, an entrepreneur, and the founder of five start-ups, Tyler has since transformed countless brands with this distinctive psychometric- and research-driven system. Tyler continues to take industry stages across the country as well as write and innovate on the discipline of organizational psychology and brand transformation. He hails from Nashville, Tennessee, where he lives with his wife, three daughters, three horses, and livestock guardian dog.

Overseeing Carnegie Dartlet’s business operations, Meghan Dalesandro is passionate about higher education marketing and the role Carnegie Dartlet plays in the industry. Since 2001, Meghan has filled many roles throughout the company. Actively involved in sales, product implementation and management, business acquisitions and mergers, and everything in between, Meghan’s tenure and experience help her actively assist with the continued growth of the company. An advocate for authentic storytelling, Meghan helped launch the annual Carnegie Dartlet Conference and is passionate about innovating and breaking the industry mold to help institutions meet their goals.

Scott Ochander pioneered a consensus-building reputation and change management research model in sectors where stakeholders matter, like universities and health care. Now he’s bringing transformation to companies and industries of all shapes and sizes. As a former Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing, Scott is regarded as an expert in reputation and enrollment strategy in higher education. He has substantial international business and partnership development experience and has traveled to and developed business relationships with entities in more than 55 countries. In addition, Scott has worked extensively in brand development, completing hundreds of projects across industries and leading reputation strategy programs at some of the largest and most influential organizations in the nation, demonstrating tangible results that move the needle.
