The Carnegie Conference will be held at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts in Walt Disney World. With a conference as informative as this, it really is the "happiest place on Earth"!

The Carnegie Conference Disney page provides more information on hotels, transportation, and entertainment. We are planning for an exciting in-person event, however we will continue to follow all safety precautions and CDC recommendations for any event that we host. Your safety is our top priority, and we will continue to update this site and our attendees as any updates are issued by Disney or Carnegie.

Hotel Information

We have arranged a conference rate of $285 per night. This rate will be honored both during the conference and three days before and after for your extended enjoyment. To reserve your room, visit our online booking site or call 407-939-4686 and mention Carnegie Conference. Rooms will book quickly, so reserve yours today!

Transportation from the Airport

There are several shuttle, taxi, and rental car options from the Orlando International Airport.  As of 2022, Disney's Magical Express will no longer be operating from MCO to Disney World. If Disney releases any additional options, we will be sure to update you.

Wednesday's dinner event includes a buffet at Epcot® followed by a dessert party with a private patio for the viewing of Epcot Forever, a breathtaking all-new fireworks and light show. All activities will respect the safety requirements and protocol enforced by Disney World. We will defer to their guidance and expertise in terms of ensuring safety and meeting all social distancing requirements at the time of the conference.

If you are planning to extend your stay and wish to spend time at the parks, consider purchasing theme park tickets in advance. Available only to meeting attendees, their guests, and family members, Disney's multi-day and half-day meeting/convention tickets are designed to fit any agenda and can't be purchased at the theme park gates. For more information, email us at Please note at this time reservations are required for entering a Disney park. We encourage you to book tickets and reserve your park days as soon as you have confirmed your plans, as parks can (and do) reach capacity and do not offer entrance.
