There are several shuttle, taxi, and rental car options from the Orlando International Airport. Also, Disney's Magical Express Transportation is available to all hotel guests at no cost. This includes complimentary airport shuttle, luggage delivery, and remote airline check-in service (on participating airlines). Please mention this when making your room reservations. Also note: the Magical Express reservation will be set for approximately three hours prior to your flight time. Please plan accordingly to ensure you are able to attend and enjoy the entire conference schedule.
Wednesday's dinner event includes a buffet at Epcot® followed by a dessert party with a private patio for the viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a breathtaking fireworks and light show.
If you are planning to extend your stay and wish to spend time at the parks, consider purchasing theme park tickets in advance.
